The objective of the Emerging Market Regions Board (EMR Board) is to explore the common challenges of Digital Data & Measurement in the four emerging market regions: APAC (Asia Pacific), CEE (Central & Eastern Europe), Ibero-America (Iberia, LATAM & US Hispanics) & MEA (Middle East North Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa).
