Havas Opens Center for AI in Customer Experience

May 29, 2018 - Posted at MrWeb News Online: Marcoms giant Havas Group has opened an innovation centre for artificial intelligence and its applications for customer experience, in Montréal, Canada.

The center will focus on the monitoring of customer journeys at scale, to help create a predictive and automated user experience. 

The new centre is part of a larger global initiative known as Havas X, developing Havas' expertise in new technologies and disruptive solutions.
