Formation of NinthDecimal Labs to Unlock Market Opportunities for Customers and Partners

The acquisition will accelerate NinthDecimal’s data initiatives as it continues to address the growing business needs of its customers and partners. To that end, the company is also announcing the formation of NinthDecimal Labs, a new group dedicated to pioneering the next generation of location-derived marketing solutions.
Working with major brands and partners across a variety of industries, MoLOGIQ taps into mobile behavioral insights to provide marketers with a better understanding of what makes consumers engage with media campaigns. As a part of the acquisition, MoLOGIQ employees, as well as CEO Arvi Kang and CTO Partha Roy Chowdhury, will join the NinthDecimal team starting July 1, when the transaction is completed.
