"Andoni Luis Aduriz, simply known as Andoni, is considered by many observers to be the natural heir to the title of Spain’s most pioneering chef after Ferran Adrià from Restaurant El Bulli”
Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of Mugaritz, Andoni will prepare a special menu showcasing the evolution of their cuisine throughout the years. In 2010, a fire in the restaurant proved to be an important disruptor, as afterwards the type of cuisine shifted dramatically in favour of innovation.
