Andrew Newman has 20 years of experience building successful businesses from data. He began his career at IDC, a technology focused market research consultancy, where he helped expand their operations into new markets in Latin America. Andrew has also worked for several technology companies, both large and small. He ran Yahoo's data division for Europe, and more recently held a senior role at Rocket Fuel, a leading artificial intelligence based ad technology firm. There he built their European data mining, optimization, and operations teams from scratch, overseeing a twenty-fold increase in business over two years. Currently Andrew is providing advisory services to chief data officers. Work ranges from foundational technologies through to data commercialization opportunities and strategic partnerships.
