Ben Gaff - Regional Customer Value Management Lead, Aviva Asia, Hong Kong

Ben has over 15 years’ experience in a number of industry verticals including Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Telecoms, Retail, Online Gaming and FMCG in the UK and in Asia Pacific.

Ben is a business transformation specialist, and his key skills include team management to deliver practical application of insight in a cross-channel marketing environment. He specialises in Acquisition Marketing Analysis, Planning & Strategy, Business Process Mapping & Transformation, Customer Retention Strategy, Customer Segmentation and Behavioural Sequence Modelling.

Originally from the UK, Ben joined Experian Marketing Services in London in 2006 and lead client business transformation projects as a senior consultant before relocating to Hong Kong with Experian to set up and lead our Asia Pacific Customer Intelligence function.

Ben’s extensive commercial experience is supported by a degree in Economics and History from Cambridge University and a wide range of business and technical training.
