Craig is the Director for Insights and Planning at UM Hong Kong. Craig also oversees all research requests from client of UM Hong Kong. In addition, Craig directs proprietary UM research and leads UM’s proprietary consumer Curiosity Panel. The Panel is the largest custom agency of its kind measuring media preferences, habits and interests, across 80+ media touchpoints, significantly more than the 20 touchpoints used in traditional research.
Craig has 20 years experience in the media and research industry. Previously he worked for Starcom, CVSC-SOFRES and Publicis Groupe. Most recently, he was Asia Pacific Media Research Director at Synovate before eventually deciding to become a freelance consultant for clients including the Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) and UM.
