David Schillmoeller is the Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Corporation Asia based in Hong Kong.
David had been building and managing analytic teams across Asia since 1997. As CMO at AIG Japan, his teams applied a wide variety of data science and optimization techniques to insurance sales, marketing, operations, pricing, underwriting, claims/catastrophe management and fraud detection.
As President of Acxiom Japan, David helped ensure smooth market entry for Acxiom’s new Big Data offerings. This includes laying the groundwork for astrategic alliance with the #2 ad agency and leading lobbying efforts to enact changes to Japanese privacy law to allow greater data innovation.
Now as Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Corporation Asia, David is again building analytic teams to support all company functions in achieving “customer-centricity” through the application of best practices in customer experience design, technology and data science.
