Ellen Ratch is VP Strategic Consulting at Epsilon. She is an adept, passionate strategist with 15 years in communication and innovation. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients engage with consumers as efficiently & effectively as possible.
Her role is to work with the right teams, the right tools & the right data - from the biggest (AI/machine learning views of unstructured data, 1st 2nd & 3rd party data, segmentation studies, etc.) to the smallest (smartphone ethnography studies, in-depth interviews, etc.) - to get to the kinds of consumer insights that compel action.
She brings a wealth of experience across a wide variety of disciplines – strategic/account planning, market research, digital/social/mobile/local, content creation – and has led teams across a “who’s who” of Fortune 500 clients including PepsiCo, BCBS, Kraft/Mondelez, KFC, Nordstrom, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Motorola, Bacardi, Wrigley, Nestle/Purina, United Airlines, Islands of the Bahamas, BMW, ConAgra, etc.
