James O'Malley leads Porter Novelli’s analytics and measurement team in data analysis, executive-level reporting and optimization of client programs. He specializes in using data across all channels (traditional and digital) to provide clients holistic data solutions. At Porter Novelli, James developed the group’s offering for digital advertising, social media platforms and website evaluation. He leads development and execution of PN Sonar, Porter Novelli’s proprietary measurement dashboard platform.
His work with Timberland received PR Week’s 2014 Best Use of Analytics award, and he was named a PR News 2012 Rising Star. He has been published in PR Week, quoted in John Lovett’s book Social Media Metrics Secrets and spoken at Social Data’s Best & Brightest events in New York.
