She is a T-shaped digital marketer with proven capabilities in optimizing the business performance (FMCG, High Tech, Travel, Government & Financial Industries) with the use of digital analytics. Prior to Attribute Data, Joanna held senior appointments as Head of Analytics at Mirum Singapore (XM Asia Pacific), Regional Head of Insights & Marketing Sciences at Dell and gathered a decade of digital analytics and optimization experiences at Ogilvyone Worldwide, Cisco Systems, Yahoo! and Valuair.
Joanna is a member of the Web Analytics Association and has been with the I-COM board since 2011. She is currently based in Singapore.
