Joshua Koran was most recently the SVP, Product Management at Turn, where he led product, user experience, information development and commercialization for one of the largest digital marketing platforms in the ecosystem. Prior to joining Turn, he was Vice President of product management, research and data monetization at AT&T AdWorks. In ValueClick, Inc., where he was vice president of targeting and optimization, he oversaw product development of the company's behavioral targeting platform. He previously served as the Director of Product Management and Engineering at Yahoo!, where he designed and patented Yahoo!'s behavioral targeting platform.
As technical expert for Ad Network Educational Consortium, Joshua advised Congress on the proposed privacy legislation in addition to co-architecting the "power-eye" specification. He is also a co-chair of the Viewability Working Group, IAB Ad Technology Advisory Board.
Joshua is one of the most knowledgeable marketing analytics and behavioral targeting experts, having designed applications that generate more than 30 percent of the industry's annual behavioral targeting revenue.
Joshua holds B.A. from Boston College, J.D. Law from U.C. Hastings College of the Law and M.B.A. from Oxford University.
