Philippe (Phil) Geyskens is the EVP, Managing Director, Data & Analytics at Starcom
In this role, Phil leads a 50-person team in harnesses "big data", extracting insights that bring experiences to life, and optimizing investments to achieve desired business outcomes. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP of Analytics at Hill Holliday where he used behavioral data, surveys, and social signals to define and optimize ad campaigns for Dunkin Donuts and Liberty Mutual, among others.
A digital expert, Philippe brings over 20 years of experience leading analytic teams across quantitative marketing consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies, including American Express, Allstate, and General Motors.
He received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the K.U.Leuven in Belgium. He was also awarded the Belgian Government Medal for the Performing Arts (for classical guitar).
