Simon Honc is the head of data science, [m]PLATFORM at GroupM. Together with his team, Simon is responsible for new innovations and solution of their cross-channel products including machine learning and data science.
Before that, he was leading the data science team at Xaxis and was one of the thinkers behind Turbine, a scalable audience generation platform.
Simon started his career in adtech at Chors GmbH and later 24/7, which build one of the first DMP and audience planning technologies in programmatic advertisement.
He holds a PhD in Physics from KIT, Germany and likes organizing meetups for a growing data science community.
