Schooled in Sociology, Tiphany Yokas has spent the past 19 years dedicated to driving brand and capability growth through applied understanding of consumer insights, human behaviour and marketing science to brands and businesses around the world.
Most recently Tiphany was Global Director of 'Laws of Growth' and Insights Best Practice and Capabilities at Mondelez International. Charged with creating best and ‘next’ practice research frameworks and methods, her goal is to harness technology, leverage knowledge and focus on the metrics that matter in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and commercial teams.
Before her 13 years at Mondelez/Kraft/Cadbury she also worked Kellogg's and IRI.
Tiphany is based in Zurich.
