Robert Wang is the Chief Information Officer for SINA Corporation. His main job responsibilities cover planning IT strategies, designing and deploying online products and ERP systems, building up big data infrastructures and performing decision analytics.
His achievements include: Establishing the first online advertisement CRM system in China; Introducing and maintaining China's standards for online ad products, e.g. performance-based ad and geo-targeting ad; Setting up the measurement models under big data environment and providing operational analytical support for one of China's most popular SNS products, Weibo.
Robert holds a bachlor degree from Fudan University. Before joining SINA, he had worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and CDC Software.
