Withdrawal Policy

ENTRANT WITHDRAWALS BEFORE THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE – December 20th, 2018

If a company withdraws work they have paid for from the competition before December 20th, 2018, the following options are available:

  1. Submit a replacement entry to the competition, up to the final published deadline.

  2. Be issued a refund after the event has ended.

 

ENTRANT WITHDRAWALS AFTER THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE - December 20th, 2018

If entrants withdraw work they have paid for from the competition after December 20th, 2018, they are not eligible for a refund or for credit towards future events, regardless of any extension of the original deadline. This rule applies, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, the work not launching in time or client consent being removed. 

However, it is possible to submit a new entry to the competition, up to the final published deadline. 

 

AWARDS TEAM WITHDRAWALS

The Awards Team may withdraw ineligible work from the competition at any time before or after the official deadline. If the Awards Team withdraws work that has been paid for, the following options are available to the entrant:

  1. Submit a replacement entry to the competition, time-allowing and only at the discretion of the Awards Team.

  2. Be issued a refund after the event has ended.

Awards Team withdrawal reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The work has been deemed ineligible for the Awards.

  • The same work has been entered by more than one party.
