Submissions are accepted only in English language.

Length of Main Manuscript and Supplementary Material

The length of the main manuscript is limited to 4000 words and 8 pages (whatever limit is reached). References count in this word/page limit. Moreover, there is no limitations for the number of figures, tables or equations used. Supplementary material can be submitted along with the main manuscript. This may include: codes, appendices with detailed descriptions of algorithms, examples, use cases, etc. Note that the supplementary material will not be part of the main manuscript and will be made available separately.

Style Guidelines

  • Tables, charts and other graphics should be centered on the page;

  • Each article must contain an abstract (or summary) reflecting the nature of the work, and must contain keywords to enable easier findability by search engines;

  • Authors are responsible for adapting their article to the Journal style for final publications (proof-read copy);

  • Each author must certify that the article is their original work and they have properly cited any references incorporated within their work;

  • Each author must certify that their article does not disclose any person or company’s confidential information not otherwise known in public form.

Copyright Information

Authors retain the copyright of the manuscript; however, the submission process automatically grants I-COM the right to use the manuscript for commercial, marketing or any other purpose related to the activity of I-COM.


The submission deadline for the 2nd issue of the publication is May 15th, 2019. However, authors can submit articles continuously.
