I-COM is pleased to announce that David Hartley [pictured], the Product and Innovations Director of Data2Decisions in UK, is joining the I-COM Data Creativity Awards.

David leads on the development of new and innovative analytical and consultancy products across the Data2Decisions network.

After 10+ years working in marketing effectiveness analytics, David has built up a wealth of experience working across categories including finance, FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, entertainment, automotive and technology. Over this time David has focused on building out new capabilities for leading brands including setting up end-to-end marketing measurement frameworks, embedding new budget allocation processes, developing cutting edge approaches to digital attribution and optimisation, developing predictive analytics systems and helping to build out in-house marketing effectiveness teams.
