In USA, Kajal Mukhopadhyay of Mindshare Joins I-COM Frontiers of Marketing Data Science Journal Editorial Board

I-COM is pleased to announce that Kajal Mukhopadhyay [pictured], Managing Director and Managing Partner of Mindshare in the USA, is joining the I-COM Frontiers of Marketing Data Science Journal Editorial Board.

Kajal Mukhopadhyay joined the Mindshare team from GroupM, where he had been a Managing Partner and Director of Live Audience, responsible for Audience Product Developments using big-data intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

Kajal, often known as Dr. K, is also the Co-founder and principal of mdrk Consulting, an independent boutique data and design consulting firm based in New York City. mdrk Consulting helps clients with data intelligence, data science, analytic solutions and data-driven products and designs. As a Co-founder, Kajal brings 15+ years of experience in media and digital analytics.

Kajal was a Vice President of Performance and Measurement at Xaxis, where he developed, delivered and spearheaded Xaxis analytics products and practices, Xaxis media performance and measurement solutions including audience insights and optimization, cross-channel attribution, brand impact and research studies.

Before Xaxis, Dr. K was an Analytics Director at a marketing consulting company specializing in marketing mix for large financial, retail and media companies. During this time, Kajal had developed a framework for analyzing and optimizing advertising and marketing return on investments.

Kajal holds a PhD in Econometrics from Indiana University and had been a professor of Economics at the University of Notre Dame for nine years. He is member of several I-COM Boards and Juries.
