Mark Silva, the CEO and Founder of KITE, has built multiple companies and a career connecting the world’s biggest and best enterprises with emerging, disruptive media, platforms and technologies. His latest venture, KITE, is a SaaS platform that helps Global 2000 corporations map, monitor and manage enterprise­wide startup knowledge & activities with one powerful system.

Previously Silva launched one of the first 100 commercial websites, CareerMosaic; built industry­leading digital media properties; founded and led the award­winning digital agency, Real Branding, serving clients such as Anheuser­Busch/Inbev, Darden, Disney, Pepsi, Unilever and Warner Brothers. He is an active advisor, investor and speaker at the intersection of enterprise+startups.
 

Daniel Sacks - Client Lead, Brand Measurement, Google, USA

Daniel Sacks is a Measurement Lead at Google where he works with leading advertisers across industries to effectively measure and optimize their digital media performance. In his role, Daniel also leads Google's partnerships with third-party measurement and research firms to facilitate accurate measurement across Google's media properties.

Prior to joining Google, Daniel was a Strategy Manager at MarketShare (now Neustar MarketShare) where he was responsible for the development and execution of his client's media mix models and multi-touch attribution solutions.

Daniel is an LA native where he currently lives with his wife. He has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Marcus Pratt - VP Insights & Technology, Mediasmith, USA

Marcus Pratt is the VP of Insights & Technologies at Mediasmith.

Working at an independent media agency in San Francisco, Marcus has experience working with both consumer and B2B clients across different forms of media. He is passionate about emerging technologies, metrics, and consumer insights.

In addition to evaluating dozens of technology companies and managing some of the agency’s key client relationships, Marcus oversees programmatic buying and analytics for the agency, helping clients maximize return through smart use of data, technology, and optimisation.

Marcus has experience working with diverse datasets, numerous audience segments, and a wide variety of technology platforms.

Karen Caulfield - GVP, Global Data Products at Acxiom, USA

Karen leads Acxiom’s global data product division with responsibility for data product strategy and the expansion of Acxiom’s data capabilities across global markets and across the digital ecosystem.

Karen’s expertise lies in the design, development, and implementation of customer targeting and engagement strategies. Karen has deep experience across all aspects of the data ecosystem and is an expert on the nuances and complexities of the global data landscape.

Before joining Acxiom Karen was Vice President of Global Data Solutions at Merkle where she focused on expanding Merkle’s data solutions into new global markets as well as working with clients to expand their CRM strategies across geographies. Prior to that, she held multiple roles in Europe and the Americas with ICLP - the global loyalty agency - gaining significant on-the-ground experience across EMEA, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and North America.

Matt Belkin - President and Member of Board of Directors, Big Squid, USA

Matt Belkin is the President and Member of Board of Directors for Big Squid, USA.

Previously, Matt was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Analytics Officer of Domo, where was responsible for the operational excellence of the entire Domo organization. Using a highly-adaptive blend of people, data, and technology, Matt has helped fuel Domo’s revenue growth and customer expansion. His functional responsibility includes Business Operations and Data Strategy. 

Prior to joining Domo, Matt was Vice President of Customer Strategy at Adobe Systems’ Digital Marketing division, which he joined through the Omniture acquisition. Over his tenure, he helped grow the company's revenue from $20 million in 2004 to over $1 billion in 2013.

Matt started his career as a technical software analyst for Montgomery Securities and J.P. Morgan. When he's not immersed in work, Matt can be found scaling walls, throwing spears and crawling under barbed wire as a world-ranked Spartan obstacle course racer.

Joshua Koran - Managing Director, DMP, Sizmek, USA

Joshua Koran is currently Sizmek’s Managing Director for their data enablement product line.

Joshua is a true pioneer in digital marketing, behavioral targeting, data marketplaces and data management platforms with nearly 20 years’ experience in these domains. AdWeek recently recognized his contributions to this field, in which he holds 22 patents, by naming him one of the top innovators in the space.

Among his many accomplishments, he designed the industry’s first predictive behavioral targeting platform, the first data marketplace ad network, and the first three-screen (TV, mobile, display) behavioral profiling platform. Over the course of his international career, he has lead product, engineering, data science, user experience, business development, and commercialization teams in companies such as Turn, AT&T, Yahoo!, and ValueClick. Through his digital consultancy he has helped nearly two dozen other digital advertising companies improve their understanding and monetization of online data.

Joshua holds B.A. from Boston College, J.D. Law from U.C. Hastings College of the Law and M.B.A. from Oxford University.
