Joni Ngai - Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, Microsoft Online Stores, Greater China, Microsoft, China

Joni Ngai is I-COM's Vice Chair in China. She is also a consulting partner with Azurio, and a part-time lecturer who teaches an analytics course for the Master of Science in New Media program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  

Joni has more than 12 years of experience in digital and CRM strategy, measurement and analytics and technology development. She started her digital career with Razorfish in New York since 1999. Since then, she has worked with many digital agencies, Euro RSCG in Hong Kong, MRM in Beijing and Shanghai, on many challenging digital and CRM initiatives for many global businesses and brands, including Intel, Microsoft, Shanghai GM and Carrefour. Joni graduated from the University of Waterloo with a major in Electrical Engineering. She also received an Executive MBA degree from Kellogg school of management, Northwestern University and HKUST.
