Her most recent work is related to the technology trends that are shaping exponential organisations and how companies need to quickly adapt to be relevant in the XXI century; the power of attention of Millennials and Generation Z when they are interacting with their mobiles and how to assure micro communication moments from families, to societies to brands, and the new video revolution and what it means for the media and entertainment industry.

Mr. Perel has been on the Board of Directors of the IAA Chapter Florida, IAB US Hispanic Committee, IAB Brasil, IAB Mexico and IAB Argentina. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and holds a Business degree from the School of Management at Boston University. He is a native of Argentina.

Gabriel Richaud has more than 16 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategic Alliances and Digital Business. He has been a professor of Advertising, Marketing Communications and Interactive Marketing for the last 8 years at Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de México and Santa Fe, for Masters and Bachelor´s programs.

Cynthia Evans, is the Latin America CSO for MEC and Research Director for GroupM. She has experience in quantitative business analytics, communications research. communications strategy, and has global experience in FMCG, food and beverage, and entertainment categories.

In her current position, Cynthia brings research and strategic planning to the communication investment function for the Latin Americas. She has previously held sales and marcom research positions in the US general market across a long portfolio of media and research suppliers.

Cynthia holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School with a concentration in quantitative business analysis and marketing science.
