Sergey Petrenko - Chief Executive Officer, Yandex, Ukraine

Sergey Petrenko joined Yandex to head its Ukrainian branch in 2005. In 2006, he became Chief Executive Office for Yandex.Ukraine. In parallel with his work in this position, from 2010 Sergey also represents Yandex in Belarus.

Prior to joining Yandex, Sergey worked as a private consultant in search marketing. In 2000, he founded Searchengines.ru, currently the largest web resource about search systems and technologies in the Russian internet. Since 2002, Sergey has been a program committee member of Optimization, a yearly conference on optimization and online marketing. He is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences in Russia, Ukraine and other CEE countries.

Marta Klepka is the Group Digital Development & Innovation Director CEE, as well as VivaKi Nerve Centre Director for Central and Eastern Europe. She works withkeybrand agencies of Publicis Groupe – the third largest communications group in the world.

As the regional lead for VivaKi, Marta rolls out global digital tools, technology and best practice initiatives, including Audience on Demand (AOD), group media buying practice and trading desk. At the same time as Digital Director in Publicis Groupe she is driving regional and local performance in brand agencies Starcom MediaVest (SMV) and ZenithOptimedia (ZO).

Marta, previously worked in the digital research and technology company, Gemius, where she was responsible for sales and marketing on 30 EMEA markets.

Marta graduated from University of Gdansk being conferred the title of Master of Sociology and the Bachelor of Marketing and Management.

Janet Naidenova is a graduate in Mathematics from Sofia University, "St. Kliment Ohridski" and in marketing and innovations from "Koichev’s International Business School". Janet has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of ICT and marketing, 8 of which – in a global FORTUNE 500 company, reaching the position of Channel Marketing Director for EMEA. In 1999 Janet established JNN Consult, the first marketing consultancy agency, specializing in the fields of ICT and digital marketing. Jointly with Saga Technology published a "White Paper on IT in SMEs", "White Paper on the Bulgarian e-Government", "White Paper on the Bulgarian Telecommunications, Services and Technologies", "White Paper on Intelligent BMS in Bulgaria". JNN Consult is also the marketing agency of Gartner for Bulgaria.

 

Janet Naidenova is the first lecturer in Internet marketing at Sofia University, within the Masters programme in e-business. Janet is a member of the Bulgarian Marketing Association, a co-founder of the Association of SME in Bulgaria, chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Bulgarian Web Association (www.bwa.bg) in the period 2005-2007, and chairperson at IAB Bulgaria (www.iabulgaria.bg) since the establishment of the association in 2009.

Arina is the General Manager of ABC Romania, the media measurement organization in Romania, which represents over 220 print & interactive companies. Arina Ureche joined ABC in 2001 and became General Manager in 2006. Arina was asked by ABC to launch a new research on the Romanian advertising market, a Internet Measurement System, named SATI. The survey delivers traffic and audience results, on standards and methodologies decided by the industry. ABC Romania is the industry-owned, not-for-profit organisation, which provides independently verified traffic and audience results for more than 350 websites.

She is actively involved in key initiatives that will help deliver professionalism for electronic media as an effective communications channel and promote the importance of accountability. The most recent initiative was to launch an Advertising Monitoring Service for the Romanian market in 2011. She has a 13 years career in media, advertising and research and 5 year experience in teaching mathematics for Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

Andras Math is the Head of Research at Ringier, Hungary since 2003. He has also been an active member of IAB Hungary, Hungarian Publishers’ Association, WAN, FIPP. He is the project leader of the Hungarian Online Audience Measurement project as the head of IAB Hungary’s Research Working Group.

Andras has been active in the field of market research since 1996. In his first position at GfK group he dealt for 5 years with managing the media and internet research groups. Between 2001 and 2003 he worked as Research Consultant for index.hu where he had an important role in extending the audience measurement to online media.

Alexey graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University and worked as researcher and head of laboratory at Nuclear Physics Research Institute of Moscow State University. In 1997-1999, he worked in RosBusinessConsulting news agency on design and development of www.rbc.ru and of the financial online services. In 2000-2006, he worked for Rambler Internet Holding (www.rambler.ru) on development of various Internet projects. In 2006-2009, he was the Chairman of the Association "Internet and Business" - a non-profit organization of major Russian Internet companies, organized annual conferences "Internet and Business".

For a number of years, Alexey participated in the preparation of the largest Russian internet industry events and conferences as member and coordinator of Program committee. In June 2009, he headed the department of internet research of analytical center "Video International". In 2010 Alexey became a co-founder of the Russian chapter of IAB Europe. Since then Alexey headed the research committee of IAB Russia.

Alexander Vasilevich is the CEO of ZenithOptimedia Belarus and also the CEO of Publicis Hepta Belarus.

As ZenithOptimedia was the first agency in Belarus to plan digital media and currenlty is one of the largest media agency in the country - Alexander was always an active participant in a process of formation and development of the advertising and digital market in Belarus. Since 2000 he has been working in the Publicis and ZenithOptimedia structures in Belarus. Alexander made ZO the largest player in online media advertising in Belarus. Leading the development of digital market on Belarus Alexander initiated and headed set of studies and events introducing innovative tools for the market: annual digital market measurement, online audience measurement launch, etc.

Alexander's previous job experience includes working in different print and online media as a finance, banking and economical observer.

Andrzej Garapich is an expert in electronic media and Internet. Since 2005 he has been the President of the Management Board of Polish Internet Research (PBI) – company responsible for Internet audience measurement standard in Poland. During his term of office, PBI has conducted two audience measurement researches: Megapanel PBI/Gemius (2005-2015) and PLaNET PBI/GfK (since 2016). The company has also launched several dozen projects covering usage of Internet in everyday life, advertising and marketing.

Andrzej Garapich is also an arbiter of Committee of Advertising Ethics and member of the Board of Agreement for Digital Competence by Ministry of Administration . He was also member of program boards of numerous conferences on Internet and research.

He is an academic lecturer, author of dozens articles on e-marketing and Internet research and speaker at the most important industry events, such as I-COM and Emro.
