Tini Sevak - VP Audiences & Data, CNN International Commercial, UK

Tini Sevak is the VP Audiences & Data of CNN International Commercial, in the UK.

Previously, she was Global Director of the Data Applications team at YouGov, where was responsible for developing the strategic connect solutions that go beyond YouGov’s syndicated data products, most notably YouGov BrandIndex and YouGov Profiles. Tini lead a team of data application specialists who’s primary objective is identifying the key challenges of clients and link audience understanding to brand performance.

Prior to joining YouGov, Tini started her 14+ year career in the media agency industry. Whilst working at Mindshare & Starcom Mediavest, Tini has worked with digital, data, analytics and technology to lead client on a journey of transformation turning insights into actions.

Over the years, she has worked across various categories including pharmaceuticals, automotive, finance, telecommunication, and FMCG working for clients like Sprint-Nextel, Motorola, Unilever, BP, Kraft Foods, Novartis, Honda, McCormick and P&G.

In her spare time, Tini is passionate about photography, running and especially cooking. She is currently writing a cookbook with her Mom called ‘East Meets West: A Mother Daughter Cookbook’.

Yasaman Hadjibashi - Managing Director, Head of Data, Citi Global Consumer Bank, USA

Yasaman Hadjibashi is a business, data, and technology executive, who is currently Managing Director at Citi Group, leading Data for the Global Consumer Bank based in Dallas, US.

Prior to this, she led the innovation agenda for Barclays Africa Group across all business units for the entire continent as their Group Chief Creation Officer, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This also entailed the bank's accelerator program in partnership with Techstars as well as their physical Innovation Hub called RISE based in Cape Town.  Yasaman was appointed to Barclays Africa Group's first ever Chief Data Officer at the age of 32, making her one of the youngest female C-level leaders in a big legacy institution such as Barclays in the emerging fields of Big data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. She defined and led the bank's big data transformation across all businesses for the continent, launching an award-winning portfolio of data products personalizing a number of the their retail customer experiences. Her product portfolio to date has won the 2017 Gartner Excellence Award for Best Global Advanced Analytics and Data Science as well as the 2017 EMEA Gartner Eye on Innovation Award for the Most Innovative Digital Business Model. 

She joined Barclays in 2010 In London after graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School. She worked in senior management positions across digital and mobile product innovation, client/customer experience and design, Co-creation and lean partnerships with global FinTechs. She has been fundamental in establishing big data capabilities as a Group-wide function across Barclays, whilst defining the bank’s next generation customer-centric Data strategy and driving the execution of a number of key big data initiatives.

In November 2016 Yasaman spoke at TEDx Johannesburg under the theme of "Abundance" about how digital mentorship nurturing soft skills can be key to academic engagement for youth and ultimately success. She continues her initiative called eSuccess to advocate and work towards a future where through the use of data and AI technologies, the next generation of a personalised digital mentorship platform will be implemented to help thousands of children thrive better in life. 

Born in Tehran, Iran, Yasaman moved to Hamburg, Germany with her family until she completed her secondary education. She then moved to US to obtain a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley. As an undergraduate student, she worked at Wells Fargo sparking her interest in financial services. After her graduation she worked for PwC in San Francisco and later Deutsche Bank Global Markets in New York. She was selected to be part of the 2017 cohort of the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, which is designed for leaders who share a commitment to helping solve society’s greatest challenges.

Kajal Mukhopadhyay, PhD - Co-Founder & Principal, mdrk Consulting, USA

Kajal Mukhopadhyay, often known as Dr. K, is the Co-Founder & Principal of mdrk Consulting, an independent boutique data and design consulting firm based in New York City. mdrk Consulting helps clients with data intelligence, data science, analytic solutions and data-driven products and designs. As a Co-founder, Kajal brings 15+ years of experience in media and digital analytics.

Most recently he was part of the Mindshare team from GroupM, where he had been a Managing Partner and Director of Live Audience, responsible for Audience Product Developments using big-data intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

Kajal was also Vice President of Performance and Measurement at Xaxis, where he developed, delivered and spearheaded Xaxis analytics products and practices, Xaxis media performance and measurement solutions including audience insights and optimization, cross-channel attribution, brand impact and research studies.

Before Xaxis, Dr. K was an Analytics Director at a marketing consulting company specializing in marketing mix for large financial, retail and media companies. During this time, Kajal had developed a framework for analyzing and optimizing advertising and marketing return on investments.

Kajal holds a PhD in Econometrics from Indiana University and had been a professor of Economics at the University of Notre Dame for nine years. He is member of several I-COM Boards and Juries.

Dr. K has published in the media and has been a speaker at ARF, DMA, IAB.

Michael Bayle - EVP, Mobile, Amadeus, Spain

Michael joined Amadeus in November 2014 as Head of Amadeus Mobile to lead its Mobile strategy across the company and at the moment he’s EVP of Mobile.

Prior to Amadeus, Michael worked at the New York based mobile advertising company xAD. Michael brings a deep expertise in mobile and digital media ecosystems gained with a broad range of experience working in companies such as sports media company ESPN where he was Senior Vice-President of ESPN Mobile, digital media company Amobee, as well as Yahoo! where he led mobile advertising. This experience is complemented with business development practices he acquired in several engagements in new company ventures.

Michael holds a BA in Japanese and a BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Oliver Schiffers - Director Data & AI, Publicis.Sapient, Germany

Oliver Schiffers is Director Data & AI of Publicis.Sapient.

Most recently, he was Director of Data & Analytics at SapientRazorfish, where he lead all continental Europe client work on data strategy for optimizing business and marketing objectives.

Oliver has been in the online marketing and digital analytics industry for more than fifteen years, and can now bridge his background from the vendor, practitioner, consulting and technology areas of the industry. He leveraged data strategy, methods and tools in predictive behavioral targeting, campaign attribution and analytics standards and processes as well as all areas of web, social and digital analysis.

Over the course of Oliver's career, he has built, coached and enabled diverse analytics teams and successfully delivered dozens of projects in leveraging data and analytics as a strategic asset to guide insight and planning. Oliver is a frequent speaker and panellist at industry events and has published several interviews and articles on the subject.

Walid Yared is the Group Director for Marketing and Research at the Choueiri Group. As a seasoned marketing professional, Walid is a member of the IAA (International Advertising Association), as well as ESOMAR (European Society of Marketing Research Professionals).


At Choueiri Group, Walid Yared leads the overall marketing and research functions within the largest media representation house in the MENA region. Having spearheaded the formation of the Group’s dedicated Marketing and Research Department in 2004, Walid has continued to direct the subsequent growth and success of these core functions within the Group. His overall tenure with Choueiri Group dates back to 1993, when he joined the Group as Managing Director of Promofair (The Group’s exhibitions and trade fairs company).

He holds an MBA-Economics degree from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences.

Eric Litman - CEO and Founder, aescape, USA

Eric is the SVP Mobile Worldwide for GroupM, the world’s largest media investment group. He came to GroupM through their acquisition of mobile advertising measurement company Medialets, where he was the company’s founder and CEO, and where he still serves as Chairman. He is a pioneer of the Internet’s commercialization, and as a co-founder of Proxicom, helped to build one of the first, largest, and most successful publicly traded interactive agencies.

Prior to Medialets, Eric most recently served as Managing Director of WashingtonVC, an early-stage venture capital fund and incubator. Previously he was the founder and CEO of Viaduct Technologies, a global Internet and mobile interactive agency. He was also instrumental in building digitalNATION, a world leading web hosting and services provider, from its launch through its $100m acquisition by Verio Internet/NTT (NYSE: NTT).

Eric began his career with technical and software engineering positions at Genie, a pre-Internet online service provider, and at NeXT Computer.

Lung Huang - Head of Growth Solutions, Mars, USA

Lung Huang is the Head of Growth Solutions of Mars.

Most recently, he lead all partnership and data acquisitions that support initiatives in both direct marketing and digital and addressable media. As the leader of the business development team, Lung was responsible for growing the global footprint of the M1™ platform for the Dentsu Aegis Network.

Prior to joining Merkle in 2017, Lung was the head of strategic partnerships at 84.51°, where he managed client relationship development, industry engagement, and customer strategy. He also played a critical role in leading the partnership development and commercialisation strategy in media, advertising, payments, and analytics globally for dunnhumby, a customer data science company. Lung has extensive experience in business development, and was formerly vice president at Arbitron Inc., an international media and marketing research firm, where he managed the sales and marketing of Arbitron products to leading global brands like Disney and ESPN.

As a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars he frequently covers topics that include the changing media environment and the power of data when incorporated into marketing strategies.

He earned his BA in Business from the University of Kansas, where he currently sits on the advisory board for the business school. 

Ian Liddicoat - CIO, Zenith Optimedia, UK

Ian Liddicoat - CIO, Zenith Optimedia, UK

Ian Liddicoat is the Global Chief Information Officer and Head of Data Sciences at Zenith Optimedia based in London. His responsibilities include strategy for all applications of data, technology and analytics, global technology platforms, Ninah UK Analytical consultancy including econometrics, customer analytics and machine learning practice. He led major projects in digital attribution and the integration of machine learning methods in programmatic media buying.

Previously, Ian was the Ministry of Defence Senior Analyst MD Equifax Decisions services. He was the Founder and MD Monday International Consultancy – acquired by WPP GreyWPP. He was the Head of Marketing Sciences Towers Watson at EMB Consultancy LLP.

Ian has an MBA, IDM Diploma in Marketing (winner of WWAV top student prize) BSc Computer Science.

Andy Fisher - Chief Analytics Officer, Merkle, USA

Andy Fisher is the Chief Analytics Officer of Merkle.

Most recently, he was the Global Head of M1 Advanced TV of Merkle.

Prior to joining Merkle, Andy was the EVP, Global Data & Analytics Director at Starcom MediaVest Group where he led the SMG global analytics practice. Prior to that role, Andy was Vice President and National Lead, Analytics at Razorfish, where he led the digital analytics practice and managed a team of modeling, media data, survey and business intelligence experts.

He and his team were responsible for some of the first innovations in multi-touchpoint attribution and joining online/offline data for many of the Fortune 100. Andy has also help leadership positions at Personify and IRI. Andy is an avid traveler having visited more than 100 countries. He also follows the chess world and is the former US high school chess champion.

Andy holds a BA in mathematics from UC Berkeley and an MA in statistics from Stanford.
