Laurent Nicolas is an entrepreneur and 20-year veteran of online analytics and adtech. He co-invented the ad-viewability measurement in 2007 and, back in 1998, developed NetValue's audience measurement system which is today used for Nielsen's online panels.
Laurent co-founded Alenty in 2007, the first and leading specialist in ad-viewability, and served as CEO of the company until its acquisition by AppNexus in 2014. Than he served as Vice-President Product and Strategic Market Development of AppNexus until the end of 2018.
In 2018, he founded Point Nemo, which focuses on investment and coaching for start-ups, along with consulting in his area of expertise.
Laurent graduated as an engineer from ParisTech-ENSTA in 1994 and received an MBA from ESCP-Europe in 2005.
Christophe Swaelus started his career as Country Manager in an online marketing agency in Spain where he drove best value out of online marketing campaigns. Afterwards, he spent multiple years in project management in banking and telecom sectors.

Paul Dolan, Principal Consultant of Camena, is a pioneer in the application of data and technology to digital advertising. In 2008, he developed B3, the audience targeting solution that evolved into Xaxis, the world's largest data and technology platform. Jim is especially interested in improving the customer acquisition journey through better insight, targeting and measurement.
Previously, he led Experian’s global and UK Marketing Services businesses from 2008-2012, transforming the businesses into a multi channel marketing strategy. Jim led Experian’s UK B2C CreditExpert service from 2004-2009, empowering consumers to better manage their credit status and identity, creating a £50m revenue business.
Bruce Biegel is the Senior Managing Director of Winterberry Group where, for over fourteen years, has led more than 200 engagements, serving a wide range of marketers, agencies, direct and digital marketing service providers and many of the private equity firms who invest in the sector. Among others, these include assignments for Acxiom Corporation, Bertelsmann AG, eCircle (now Teradata), Capital One Financial Corp., Citi, DMG Media, Epsilon, Facebook, Hewlett-Packard Co., IPG, Meredith, L’Oréal, KRG Capital, KKR, Olson, Omnicom, Time Warner, Transcontinental Inc. and WPP.
In addition to his role at Winterberry Group, Bruce serves as a senior advisor to its affiliated investment bank, Petsky Prunier LLC. He also serves on the board of directors of Throtle and Zipscene LLC as well on the advisory boards of five additional agency, data and marketing technology companies.

Andy Brown is the CEO and Chairman of Kantar Media. Having graduated in Marketing, and following experience at AGB (working on the Home Audit and LekTrak durables services), Andy joined the marketing department of Anglia Television in 1986. In this role he was involved in all aspects of programme, audience and marketing research.
In 1989 Andy was hired by BMRB as a Client Service Executive in the Target Group Index division. In1997 Andy joined the Board of BMRB taking on responsibility for the management of the TGI during its expansion internationally including the development of TGI in Western Europe and Latin America.

Oliver has been in the online marketing and digital analytics industry for more than fifteen years, and can now bridge his background from the vendor, practitioner, consulting and technology areas of the industry. He leveraged data strategy, methods and tools in predictive behavioral targeting, campaign attribution and analytics standards and processes as well as all areas of web, social and digital analysis.
Over the course of Oliver's career, he has built, coached and enabled diverse analytics teams and successfully delivered dozens of projects in leveraging data and analytics as a strategic asset to guide insight and planning.
