Nova Spivack - CEO & Founder, Magical, USA

Nova Spivack is CEO & Founder of Magical, a science and technology venture studio based in Los Angeles. He works as a “venture producer” — combining his experience as a serial entrepreneur, investor and technologist, to fund and incubate breakthrough companies.

In his 25 year career in technology, he has helped to build dozens of ventures, and authored nearly 100 patents, collectively generating billions of dollars in market value, including multiple IPOs, and acquisitions by Apple, Facebook, Samsung, Disney, and others.

Nova is ranked among the Top 20 Futurists worldwide and as a Top LA Power Player in Technology. He has advised governments, presidential campaigns, Fortune 10 global corporations, leading consumer brands, venture funds, incubators, and tech startups.

Nova is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Arch Mission Foundation, which is building a solar-system scale archive of all human knowledge, that will last up to 14 billion years. The Arch Mission successfully launched the first permanent library in space, and the longest-lasting library in human history, on February 6, 2018, as the secret payload of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy test launch.

Nova earned an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, from Oberlin College. During college he also participated in summer research at the MIT Computer Science Department.

He received a graduate-level professional degree in Space Life Sciences from The International Space University in 1992.

Susan Tillou - Global Head of Partnerships, Kantar Media, USA

Susan serves on Kantar Media’s central team where she manages strategic data partnerships with a focus on technology and key global accounts.

Susan previously worked 5 years with Kantar Media return path (digital TV) data unit overseeing client service and business development on the West Coast.  Before Kantar Media, she headed up business development, product and client service for an LA-based software firm that tracked international TV program distribution and performance for the Hollywood Studios.

Previous to her work in media, Susan was an electoral and political officer for multinational organizations including the OSCE, the UN Development Programme and the UN Department of Political Affairs. She has published articles with The Los Angeles Times, Japan Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Washington Times and the Asian Wall Street Journal, among others.

Susan has a joint degree in International Relations and Asian Studies from the University of California, a Master’s degree in Northeast Asian Politics from the American University School of International Service in Washington DC, and a certificate from Nankai University in Tianjin, China. She speaks English, Spanish and conversational Mandarin.

Susan resides in Los Angeles where she enjoys photography, hiking, dancing and supporting community cultural organizations such as national and local public radio and the LA County Museum of Art.

Chandos Quill - SVP/General Manager, ALC, San Juan Capistrano USA

Chandos Quill is the SVP/General Manager of ALC.

Chandos Quill has over 16 years of experience in the marketing services industry.  Most recently, Chandos was part of Acxiom Corporation as Vice President, Global Data and Strategic Partnerships where she was responsible for developing and implementing a global data strategy focused on global client and partnership growth by scaling Acxiom’s global data assets fueling a geographical expansion of products.

Prior to Acxiom, Chandos was at Merkle where she was responsible for building and growing Merkle's data syndication and onboarding capabilities to support the digital marketing ecosystem. While at Merkle, Chandos was also responsible for Operations and Marketing for Merkle's Global Data Solutions which includes managing product development, marketing, and partnerships in all global regions. Prior to Merkle, Chandos worked at Experian in a variety of leadership positions in product development, product management, product marketing, corporate marketing and strategic alliances.

Chandos received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Loma Linda University and her M.B.A from The Peter Drucker School of Management at Clarement Graduate School.

Alison Lohse - President, Fresh Alchemy, USA

Alison Lohse is the President of Fresh Alchemy.

Alison spent the last 18 years focused on digital strategy for a number of Fortune 100 companies across many industries including telecom, retail, travel, B2B, CPG and tech.

Her expertise and focus on data driven innovation, advanced analytics, media planning and optimization lends her a unique ability to drive strategies that scale brands helping them reach a wider audience. Cutting her teeth on digital starting in 2000, she worked across the interactive media practices at Starcom IP, then Avenue A, Razorfish and SMG with a focus on sophisticated media buying through analytics and optimization. Before founding Conversion Logic, Alison was a VP at Visual IQ.

Alison earned a MA from the University of Manchester (UK) and holds a degree in art history from Lawrence University.
