Ryan Pestano is the General Manager of the APAC region at IPONWEB and BidSwitch. He manages a team that partners with catalysts of digital transformation at leading advertisers and publishers, as well as some of the most innovative tech start-ups across Asia Pacific and Japan.

He is a commercially minded technical executive with expertise in solutions architecture and product strategy of digital advertising technologies.

Kerry Chapman Brown - Senior Vice President of Global Onboarding and Operations, Eyeota, Singapore

Kerry is responsible for managing and growing global relationships with Eyeota’s strategic offline data partners. She brings a wealth of commercial and product experience in the media industry, drawn from working client-side and agency-side across traditional and digital media, with custom and syndicated solutions, in both mature and emerging markets.

Previously, Kerry was Vice President, SEA, at comScore Inc., a global digital measurement and analytics company. She also held senior roles at Nielsen, Kantar Media and Channel 4.

Chandler Nguyen - VP, Product, Essence, Singapore

Chandler Nguyen is Vice President, Product, at Essence, a global data and measurement-driven agency which is part of GroupM.

Joining in 2014, Chandler played a critical role in growing Essence’s APAC operations from 1 office to 9 offices across Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, India, Japan and Korea. Starting as a biddable media and performance lead for APAC, he later headed the agency’s media planning practice across APAC, managing a team of more than 60 members and covering all clients in the region. As a leader, he is focused on setting his team up for success, from evolving the organisational structure, to building the right processes and tools, to coaching the next generation.

A graduate from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Chandler’s previous positions include Digital Director at advertising agency Edge Asia, as well as Co-Founder and Managing Director at digital agency IDM in Vietnam. Given his experience, he has developed a keen grasp of client business challenges and an ability to solve them with innovative solutions.

Alex Sibois - Managing Director APAC, Lotame, Singapore

Alex Sibois is the Managing Director of Lotame APAC, a Data Management Platform (DMP) and Data Services (DaaS) company. He spent over 17 years developing revenues for high-growth technology companies in the EMEA, North America, Latin America, APAC and other developing markets around the world. 

Previously, he advised ad tech companies such as Liverail and Ooyala on how to accelerate their international expansion outside of the US.

Prior to that, Alex Sibois headed global revenue for Sien, a software and monetization platform publisher, which he grew into a multi-million dollar company in four years. He joined Sien from ad network Vibrant Media, where he became General Manager of the French market after running business development for the company across Europe.

Alex graduated from the university of Dijon (France) and majored in Biology with a specialisation in Food Industry and Pharmaceutical processes. He also holds a master in business administration from the University of Haute-Alsace (France). 

Troy Yang - MD, Analytic Partners, Asia

Troy Yang leads Analytic Partners' Hong Kong and Singapore businesses where he heads a multicultural and multilingual team dedicated to Greater China, SE Asia, Japan, and South Korea.

Christel Quek - VP, South East Asia, Brandwatch, Singapore

Christel Quek is Vice President of APAC at Brandwatch, a fast-growing social media intelligence company, ranked by Forrester as the leader in social listening in Asia Pacific.

Previously, Christel led Content for Twitter across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, North Africa, Russia & Greater China. She has also led Social Business for Samsung Asia, and worked with clients such as Intel, DBS Bank, Globe Telecom, Hong Kong Tourism Board and KLM Airlines as the Global Social Manager for Havas.

Christel has been recognised by Business Insider, Campaign Asia-Pacific, and The Guardian. She was a finalist in the Rising Star Award for Festival of Media Asia-Pacific, while nominated by Interactive Advertising Bureau Singapore as a Best Young Talent.

Vikram Bansal - Chief Data Officer, Dentsu Aegis Network APAC, Singapore

Vikram Bansal is the Chief Data Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network APAC in Singapore.

He is a passionate digital, data and analytics professional with a career spanning 22 years in research, advertising and analytics. Vikram strongly believes that advertising and communication is in the throes of massive changes, and more importantly is a precursor to even bigger changes in many other industries and the society at large. Whilst growth of digital has already led to seismic changes in the advertising industry, it’s now the turn of data and analytics to cause fundamental shifts in the way the advertising & marketingare structured.  

In his current role, Vikram is responsible for building data expertise within the DAN group, drive development and deployment of data & analytics across ad disciplines, and help build an overall data ethos in the agency network. All this with an eye to keeping the agency group fully prepared to win with data-led communication solutions.

Vikram is also the Product Lead at Dentsu Aegis Network’s, Global Data Innovation Centre, where he is responsible for developing bespoke data driven products in areas of effectiveness, people identification and information curation.

Throughout his career, Vikram has striven to drive himself and the organisations he has worked into remain relevant, innovative and profitable, whether it was accomplishing a dramatic digitally-led turnaround of Zenith Optimedia during 2008-2012, or driving Dentsu Aegis Network to become a dominant agency network with an industry leading digital analytics practice, since 2012. He has been recognised as Singapore’s Media Person of the Year, 2010.

 Vikram has a PhD in Business from Singapore Management University, and his research focused on understanding the effectiveness driver of digital advertising.
