Marc Ginjaume Gomez has been linked to the digital and technology world since the beginning of his professional career. After graduating as a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration and Management from ESADE, Marc joined Google EMEA as Key Account Manager, moving to LATAM years later to continue growing as an Agency Relationship Manager in the region. Then, he moved to LinkedIn as Head of Business Development in LATAM, Spain and Portugal.
After his international experience in large internet companies, he has joined zeotap, a technology & data startup, as Country Manager for Spain, with the mission of democratizing the deterministic data in the mobile advertising industry.
Yon Vidaurreta Herrera is Regional Business Science & E-commerce Director LATAM of MediaCom.
Most recently, he led Client Services in Spain for Gain Theory, a global foresight consultancy that helps brand maximise marketing value. In that role, Yon focused on building long term client partnerships that leverage data, analytics, technology and experience to optimize marketing investments. Yon has helped marketers across a range of leading global brands make tactical and strategic marketing decisions – from understanding digital marketing returns to evaluating path to purchase trends and resulting impact on optimal marketing channel mix.
Prior to Gain Theory, Yon occupied consultancy based analytic roles at Ohal, working across many sectors including Finance, Telco, Retail and FMCG in EMEA, LATAM and USA.
Yon holds a MAs in economics and he is currently a Ph.D. candidate on Data Science by the Complutense University of Madrid.
Erik Haggblom is the CEO of Carat España network, brand of Dentsu Aegis Network.
After a stint in the petrochemical industry, Erik has been working in online media and online advertising for the past 16 years. He participated in the launch of the affiliate network TradeDoubler, starting-up in Sweden and moved in 2005 to the Dentsu Aegis Network in Spain, where he has held several positions ever since.
Erik has a MSc in International Business from the Gothemburg School of Economics and Executive and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
Jon Artolozaga is the Managing Director of Intelligence Data & Analytics for GroupM.
In his current role, Jon is helping GroupM agency clients understand their consumers, the media ecosystem and the impact of marketing and advertising in their businesses.
Jon has a vast experience in Data & Analytics, Consumer & media research, Advertising effectiveness and Marketing ROI. Before joining Group M, he worked with big companies such as Mindshare, Initiative, Gallup and Millward Brown.
Jon has a degree in Economics and is a postgraduate in Marketing and Management.
Toni Seijo is currently Country Manager of Ipsos Connect Spain, a consultancy firm specialized in brand & comm market research where he’s managing international projects for large advertisers, media owners and digital platforms.
Previously he was in charge of the brand & media services unit in Kantar Worldpanel and he has worked also as marketer in companies such as Unilever among others.
Toni holds a PhD in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master of Marketing Management from ESADE Business School and has a Digital Business Executive Program degree from ISDI. He has been Associate Professor of the ESADE Marketing Department for more than 15 years teaching brand management, market research, marketing communications, consumer behavior, pricing, brand dashboard and sales forecasting models among others subjects. He also has been research director of the ESADE Brand Institute (2009-13).
He has been speaker in international events and he has also prepared some brand valuation reports as expert adviser for legal purposes.
Alfonso Calatrava is Marketing Science Regional Lead Iberia for Facebook.
In his current role, he is responsible for all advertising effectiveness measurement projects developed by the company in Spain and Portugal, being strongly focused on helping the industry to improve measurement standards for digital media in the region.
With more than 12 years of experience in research and analytics, Alfonso has had the opportunity to work for some of the most renowned tech companies worldwide like Google, Twitter and now Facebook, what helps him to develop some broad and deep understanding of the whole digital ecosystem. He is a frequent speaker in industry forums and also collaborates in different academic projects with both Universities and International Business Schools.
Oded Lida Greuss is Director, Strategic Partners Sales (Datorama) of Salesforce.
Previously, he was CEO and founder of Digital Ventures Europe, which offers technology solutions for companies to expand into International Markets. He has introduced Datorama technology in Iberia and Latin America.
He is an entrepreneur with rich experience in Digital Marketing and International Business. He was one of the pioneers of digital marketing activities in Spain by introducing Eyeblaster (now MediaMind) in 2003.
Oded was the VP of Emerging Markets in MediaMind and had privilege to scale the company in Iberia, Asia and Latin America till mid 2013. During this period, he played an important role in the digital revolution and led the company into diverse markets, such as Spain, Brazil and China as part of digital growth.

Javier Oliete is the Managing Director of Neo@Spain SA, the Performance & MarTech Agency born in Ogilvy and now under MindShare (WPP Group).
He joined Ogilvy group in 2003 managing CRM strategies. As an intrapreneur, he created Neo@Ogilvy from scratch in 2007, building MarTech Ecosystem solutions for a wide number of companies in different sectors such as Retail, Travel, Telecom, Fashion, Real Stat, etc.
Javier graduated from Valencia University, has a Master in Marketing from ESADE and a Lean Practitioner certificate by European Lean Institute.
He is married, with three kids and is a keen runner.
Jaime Agulló is the Managing Director at comScore South EMEA. He has been working for media agencies - Zenith Media, Vizeum, Starcom - since the early nineties and he has been part of the initial digital landscape in Spain, including a couple of years in Terra Lycos.
Jaime has been involved in the Spanish market decision groups for media research and digital measurement during the last fifteen years and he has been leading the Iberia operation for comScore since 2010, becoming the selected currency for the Spanish digital market in 2011. Early this year, he started leading the South EMEA operations for the company.
Nacho is the Co-founder and CEO of ISDI. He is a Digital Optimist, where he combines his position as an executive at ISDI with other Business Angel and Digital Ecosystem Dissemination activities. He is convinced that the Internet represents a change of era rather than an era of change, and he thinks the starting point for this new epoch is training.
He started out in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble, from where he went on to manage Marketing, Customers and Strategy for Canal+ and Digital+. Carlos Viladevall is the CEO for Posterscope Iberia. He has more than 20 years of international working experience in the areas of general management, strategy, marketing, sales, business development and corporate finance within a range of industries including media, internet, telecoms and FMCG.
He started his career in the FMCG industry (Nutrexpa) assuming different marketing roles where he co-led the most successful promotion of the company’s 50 year history. Later, as management consultant for Arthur D. Little, Carlos worked on Corporate Finance, Strategy and Organization projects in the UK, France, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
In 1999, he joined an Internet startup that later sold to the second largest telecom group in Spain where he became Marketing Director for the Internet division (eresMas - currently Orange). He also assumed the leadership for the areas of Strategic Planning and Business Development for the international side of the business (USA and Latam).
He joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2005 as Worldwide Managing Director at the groups' a creative OOH agency (psLIVE). Later he was promoted to Managing Director for Posterscope Spain, and to CEO for Carat Spain. Currently, he is the CEO for Posterscope Iberia (Dentsu Aegis Network).

Beatriz Fernandez De Bordon is the Business Development and Communication Lead of Publicis Media, in Spain.
Previosuly, she was SVP Performance Media at Performics, where she led a cross-channel practice across all biddable media. This included planning and buying any form of addressable paid advertising that was utilizing programmatic buying and optimization tools to manage client ROI.
Beatriz started as a Consultant in the 90s. She was the founder partner and Manager of dvdgo.com in 1999 and built Zed Digital in 2000. She led the digital operation of ZenithOptimedia group in Spain and in 2009 became Managing Director at VivaKi overseeing the digital strategy of the Publicis group agencies in Iberia. She also led The Pool: Online Video Research and Vivaki DSP in the Spanish marketplace. She was the founder of Vivawomen, Spanish chapter of women network in Publicis and member of VivaWomen in Chicago.
She was the Vice President of the IAB and member of the Board for seven years in Spain from 2000 to 2008. She was the Director of Masters in Digital Advertising at IAB-UCM and was a Professor of Digital Advertising Masters at ESIC and ESADE.
Beatriz graduated with Honors in Business Administration at UAM. She is also a Law graduate at UCM and she holds an Executive MBA at Business School ESCP-EAP.
