Quentin Michard - CEO, Ekimetrics, UK

Quentin Michard is co-founder & senior partner of Ekimetrics.

As a partner of Ekimetrics, Quentin accompanies C-executives into defining their data science journey, structuring their data transformation program. He enables industry leaders to respond to the AI change, co-building world-class data and analytics capabilities to power-up their business models.

Quentin provide general management an integrated view of marketing, customer and brand performance through analytics, to help them design business strategies that maximize performance.

Quentin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds a PhD. in molecular biology from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).

Steve Martin - Managing Director, International Data, LiveRamp, UK

Steve Martin is Managing Director, International Data of LiveRamp.

Most recently, he was Managing Director, of the European Analytics and Consulting Practice of Acxiom.

He joined Acxiom at the start of 2017 having previously been the VP of Strategy and Analytics at Aimia.
 
Steve is an expert in the use of customer data for marketing and has advised a number of blue chip clients such as Sainsbury’s, ebay, BP, Expedia and Rakuten in this area.

Peter Falcone - Director of Analytics, EMEA , Flashtalking, UK

Peter Falcone is Director of Analytics at Flashtalking where he leads analytics accounts, market development and industry partnerships across EMEA. He plays an active role in the ongoing development of Flashtalking’s award-winning attribution platform with the objective of delivering data-driven marketing solutions to leading brands and agencies.

Peter is passionate about bringing insights and effectiveness to advertisers through the use of cutting edge tech. He also champions the collaboration between different industry players and sits on the I-COM UK Advisory Board.

Before Flashtalking, Peter served as Google’s Analytical Lead in EMEA for the Google Analytics 360 Suite, a position in which he managed multi-quarter attribution engagements with Google’s largest advertisers. That senior position capped a series of advancement within Google, which began in 2010 within the DoubleClick team, and carried him through to the senior ranks of attribution specialists within the search and advertising giant. Prior to joining Google, Peter was a Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems from 2005-2010 in the Netherlands, Italy and the UK.

Peter studied Computer Science Engineering at the University of Padova (Italy) specialising in Operations Research and started his career as a Software Engineer developing optimisation algorithms at TXT e-solutions.

Linda Hoeberigs - Lead Data Science Manager, People Data Centre, Unilever, Netherland

Linda Hoeberigs is the Lead Data Science Manager for Unilever’s People Data Centres, where she focusses on enhancing marketing and market research through data science for the firm’s Consumer Market Insight function. Current responsibilities and passions include social listening, natural language processing, digital brand tracking and machine learning based predictive research.

After obtaining her BA (Hons.) in Social Sciences, Linda started working for Unilever’s restaurant and hotel business, whilst obtaining an MSc in International Financial Econometrics from Utrecht University in the same year. Having touched upon the analytics space in Finance, CRM, NPD and HR, Linda moved to London to join the Global People Data Centres as a Data Scientist, later Data Science Manager, to find a passion for marketing measurement and enhancement, and has been working in this area for the past 3 years.

Jed Mole - VP Marketing, Acxiom, UK

Jed Mole is VP Marketing, responsible for Acxiom’s communications with its target audiences.

Previously, he served as European Leader for sales support, solutions management and as European Marketing Leader, responsible for the re-branding and integration of Claritas Europe and Consodata – two of Europe’s largest marketing data firms – after Acxiom acquired the companies in 2004. Jed has also led and supported key client engagements with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Sony Mobile, Dell and Hearst Magazines.
 

Before joining Acxiom in 1996, Jed was Marketing Manager at international telecommunications company Cable & Wireless, where he supported both B2C and B2B marketing and communications. Prior to this, Jed worked both for Ernst & Young and as an Officer in the Royal Navy.

Hitesh Bhatt - Regional VP, EMEA, Samba TV, UK

Hitesh Bhatt is the Regional Vice-President, EMEA of Samba TV, a data and analytics business that gathers real-time TV viewing data from millions of Smart TV’s in order to provide cross-screen planning, activation and insight tools for brands and broadcasters.

Prior to joining Samba, Hitesh was the Digital Revenue and Strategy Controller at Sky Media. In this role, he managed direct and programmatic revenues across Sky’s online, mobile and video-on-demand platforms.

Hitesh has worked at a wide range of publisher and technology companies, from start-ups to major corporations such as Microsoft, Yahoo!, Viacom and Sizmek. He started his media career as a media planner at advertising agencies, Lowe and Zenith Media.

He lives in London with his wife and 3 children, which pretty much takes up all of his spare time.

Blake Cuthbert - EVP, Bain & Company, UK

Blake Cuthbert is the EVP of Bain & Company.

Most recently, he was responsible for leveraging and developing the digital capabilities for OMD EMEA. Joining OMD in 2016 in the role of Chief Digital Officer, Blake’s particular focus has been defining and delivering a winning business value offer for clients in the addressable age, whilst helping clients understand how technology and data can unlock business growth.

Prior to joining OMD, Blake spent 5 years at Dentsu Aegis, digital agency Isobar managing activity across a range of flagship accounts including Google, adidas and Huawei. Blake also clocks up creative agency experience, working at Omnicom agency Tribal DDB, where he was instrumental in the social media drive for Virgin Media and oversaw the global web platform roll out for Guinness. 

Jennifer Roubaud Smith - VP, Northern Europe & Middle-East, Dataiku, UK

Jennifer Roubaud is the VP, Northern Europe & Middle-East, for Dataiku, a data science software editor enabling companies to build and deliver their own data products more collaboratively and efficiently.

Prior to leading Dataiku’s operations in the UK and Ireland, Jennifer led the international expansion of a division of a FTSE 100 company, after having previously spent several years in Management Consulting, primarily focusing on telecommunications and media companies in the EMEA region. 

Jennifer has an MBA from Columbia Business School as well as an MsC in Management from Ecole de Management de Lyon.

Kosta Mavroulakis - Founder & CEO, Empact Ventures, UK

Kosta Mavroulakis is an award-winning startup facilitator, super-connector and social entrepreneur. He is the Founder & CEO of Empact Ventures which helps the world’s leading entrepreneurship initiatives, high-impact non-profit causes and emerging startups to create social/economic impact through collaborative partnerships and initiatives. Its clients include leading entrepreneurial campaigns like StartUp Britain, The Venus Awards, Seven LaunchPad, and Qapitol amongst others.

In June 2016, Kosta was instrumental in delivering the StartUp Britain Bus Tour of 60+ UK cities providing free mentoring to 20,000 aspiring entrepreneurs as its Campaign Manager at Buckingham Palace with HRH Duke of York. Following this, he was part of the team with NatWest that won the British Banking Association’s ‘Innovation in nurturing startups’ award at the Financial Innovation Awards.

He  was one of the founding team and former Executive Directors (Digital) of the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs (NACUE) which secured £3.5m from the UK Government’s Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, and now works in more than 100 UK universities.
