Laurent Nicolas is an entrepreneur and 20-year veteran of online analytics and adtech. He co-invented the ad-viewability measurement in 2007 and, back in 1998, developed NetValue's audience measurement system which is today used for Nielsen's online panels.
Laurent co-founded Alenty in 2007, the first and leading specialist in ad-viewability, and served as CEO of the company until its acquisition by AppNexus in 2014. Than he served as Vice-President Product and Strategic Market Development of AppNexus until the end of 2018.
In 2018, he founded Point Nemo, which focuses on investment and coaching for start-ups, along with consulting in his area of expertise.
Laurent graduated as an engineer from ParisTech-ENSTA in 1994 and received an MBA from ESCP-Europe in 2005.
Christophe Swaelus started his career as Country Manager in an online marketing agency in Spain where he drove best value out of online marketing campaigns. Afterwards, he spent multiple years in project management in banking and telecom sectors.
Currently, Christophe is leading key strategic projects at Orange and is driven by the relation between needs and solutions, talents and perspectives, ideas and incubators , and values and sense.

As Head of Data, EMEA, Hanan Belarbi is responsible for leading the strategic evolution of R/GA London’s global data capability, helping create transformative opportunities for clients and ensuring that data is an enabler across each of R/GA’s core services and clients.
Working at the crossroad between data, technology and business, Hanan has spent the last 10 years helping clients becoming data-enabled. She has delivered a multitude of projects with various analytical complexity from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
Prior to joining R/GA, she held the role of Head of Data Europe at Naked Communications, who she joined in 2014. During this time Hanan built and developed high performing teams (Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Insight Analysts) and led them in the delivery of complex analytical projects. While at Naked Communications, she also developed behavioural segmentations and attribution models for clients such as Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA), Surfstitch Group and eBay. Prior to Naked Communications, Hanan held the role of Customer Insight Manager on the Shell Account at Wunderman and worked for consultancies in Paris.

He was in the team launching and building Dotmobile a UK mobile operator. It grew from a small team to 150 people in three years and was acquired by Vodafone. He also launched digital music product Reactable with partners such as Björk and Coldplay. He has a world spanning network of entrepreneurs and technologists.

Paul Dolan, Principal Consultant of Camena, is a pioneer in the application of data and technology to digital advertising. In 2008, he developed B3, the audience targeting solution that evolved into Xaxis, the world's largest data and technology platform. As a founding executive at Xaxis, Paul led the US business and opened offices in Toronto, Miami, Mexico City and Sao Paolo.
In 2015, he launched WPP's Light Reaction, the first global programmatic performance platform.
Today, Paul advises a portfolio of data-driven start-ups on strategy, business development, sales, product and operations.
Jim Hodgkins is a senior digital leader and business consultant currently advising and investing in digital businesses.
Recently, as Managing Director of VisualDNA and at Nielsen Marketing Cloud UK having led the growth of VisualDNA’s digital data business to a successful exit to Nielsen in 2016, he built the number one provider of audience data for programmatic advertising in UK with leading products across Europe and in USA.
Jim is especially interested in improving the customer acquisition journey through better insight, targeting and measurement.
Previously, he led Experian’s global and UK Marketing Services businesses from 2008-2012, transforming the businesses into a multi channel marketing strategy. Jim led Experian’s UK B2C CreditExpert service from 2004-2009, empowering consumers to better manage their credit status and identity, creating a £50m revenue business.
Bruce Biegel is the Senior Managing Director of Winterberry Group where, for over fourteen years, has led more than 200 engagements, serving a wide range of marketers, agencies, direct and digital marketing service providers and many of the private equity firms who invest in the sector. Among others, these include assignments for Acxiom Corporation, Bertelsmann AG, eCircle (now Teradata), Capital One Financial Corp., Citi, DMG Media, Epsilon, Facebook, Hewlett-Packard Co., IPG, Meredith, L’Oréal, KRG Capital, KKR, Olson, Omnicom, Time Warner, Transcontinental Inc. and WPP.
In addition to his role at Winterberry Group, Bruce serves as a senior advisor to its affiliated investment bank, Petsky Prunier LLC. He also serves on the board of directors of Throtle and Zipscene LLC as well on the advisory boards of five additional agency, data and marketing technology companies.
Prior to joining Winterberry Group in 2002, Bruce served as a director and CFO of IMXI, owner of ThinkDirectMarketing, where he was president, chief operating officer and co-founder. Earlier, he served as a consultant to leading Web services integrator iXL Holdings as part of its iXL Ventures group. From the late 1980s through mid-1990s he served as director and executive vice president, sales and marketing, at VideoFax Systems, a marketing technology company he co-founded that focused on place-based media. Nick’s career in digital marketing began in 2001 when he joined the launch team at paid search pioneer Goto.com. Nick held senior client service and strategic positions at Goto/Overture before and after its sale to Yahoo!
Deciding to move back into an entrepreneurial business, Nick joined I Spy as Managing Director in January 2006. Over the subsequent 5 years Nick led I Spy’s growth and established it as one of the UK’s leading independent digital marketing agencies with data and analytics at the heart of the business. I Spy was one of the launch partners for Google Analytics Premium in the UK. I Spy was sold to Aegis Media in 2012.

Nagore Ardanza is Manager at Crecer+, a Business Angel Network fostered by ORKESTRA (Basque Institute of Competitiveness).
Crecer+ as BA Network offers investment ready startups to the different investors associated to the network, and as Manager, Nagore works with the entrepreneur and investors in order to close the financing.
She was Founder and CEO in IDOKI, a bioscience startup dedicated to develop new natural cosmetic products, based in supercritical fluid technology. But she started her professional career as Assistant Director in a financial intermediation company working with high political risk countries.

Previously he was Managing Director at Stella Advisors, a leading European media and technology related corporate finance advisory boutique. Before joining Stella in 2013, Eric worked in the online advertising industry in 2012. Prior to that, he worked at leading M&A advisory firms including Deutsche Bank and Greenhill & Co where he was primarily focused on the broader TMT space.
Eric has an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
Andy Brown is the CEO and Chairman of Kantar Media. Having graduated in Marketing, and following experience at AGB (working on the Home Audit and LekTrak durables services), Andy joined the marketing department of Anglia Television in 1986. In this role he was involved in all aspects of programme, audience and marketing research.
In 1989 Andy was hired by BMRB as a Client Service Executive in the Target Group Index division. In1997 Andy joined the Board of BMRB taking on responsibility for the management of the TGI during its expansion internationally including the development of TGI in Western Europe and Latin America.
Andy was a founder director of KMR Group (the holding structure for BMRB), taking on responsibility for TGI and Software globally, before assuming the role of CEO of KMR in 2001.
Following the acquisition of TNS, Andy became Chairman of the newly-created Kantar Media. He worked alongside Jean-Michel Portier (formerly CEO of TNS Media), supporting him in a number of areas including digital development, global client accounts as well as general management of associates such as IBOPE Media, TAM India and RSMB.
In October 2013 Andy became Chief Executive Officer of Kantar Media following the retirement of Jean-Michel Portier.
He sits on the Kantar Operating Board, Kantar Digital Board and the WPP Digital Advisory group.
